About Us
I have been teaching Yoga from 2006. Have done MSc in Yoga from SVYASA Yoga university, Bangalore. Got my QCI level 2 certification from Ayush, Ministry of Health, Government of India. Also an Indea Yoga level 2 teacher.
I am blessed to have started my yoga journey with Malladihalli Raghavendra swamiji back in late 80's. Travelled across India, and stayed in different Ashrams to gain experience and knowledge of different masters and different schools of Yoga.

The principle of my teaching comes from the reality that every individual is unique, physically, mentally and emotionally. Movement of the body is needed to enhance the activation and circulation of our systems. Whichever way you enjoy moving, be it running, cycling, swimming, gymming, walking etc. And Yoga is this beautiful science which brings in this movement and balance not only physical, but also our emotional and pranic plane of body.
Patanjali Maharshi has quoted “Sthiram, Sukham Asanam", a posture which is strong, stable and which gives pleasantness to our body and mind is Asana. There is no perfect practice or perfect way to perform an Asana, its like life ever evolving and not limiting.

This is a Yoga Therapy class, which has been carefully curated to enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals. Focus is on recovery and rehabilitation, giving variations for specific ailments and impairments. The relaxation techniques and Pranayama practices are aimed to bring in a balanced and healthy state of body and mind.
